EYE EXAMINATIONS

In order to be respectful of the eye care needs of all our patients, please be courteous and call Flowood Family Vision 24 hours in advance if you are unable to show up for an appointment.

A no show fee of $25 may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment or gives very late notice to cancel.

All new contact lens fits will need to return for a contact lens follow up appointment.  This appointment allows Dr. White to evaluate the trial lenses you have been given in order to finalize the contact lens prescription.  This visit is typically scheduled 1-2 weeks after dispensing the trial contacts.  Patient's who no show for their follow up, or wait longer than one month to return will be charged an additional $25 for the office visit.
